Today was the first day of 2020. The start of a new year. The start of a new decade.
2019 was a big year for me. It was when I was accepted into University, graduated from High School, and started my new life as a more independent adult. It's let me think about what I want in life and how exactly I'm going to achieve it.
Here are just a few things that I want to accomplish in 2020.
1. Find a path in life/major in college.
This seems pretty self-explanatory. At the current moment, I have so many ideas of what I want to do with my life, but at the current moment, things range from Data Science and Economics or Social Science/Politics/International Relations? Or Linguistics to throw in some fun.
2. Learn new skills.
Anything really works, learning a new language, human or computer, or even leadership experience.
3. Build stronger social networks and friendships (and strengthen the ones I already have).
Not just this, but being more open with my friends and making sure that it's not a one sided friendship and being aware when one feels like it.
4. Explore more of the world.
5. Watch more shows and movies.
This sounds really weird, but I've definitely been lacking in the media/creativity part.
This is about a rough reflection of my ideas for 2020!
Edit: I wrote this in Early January. SO much has changed/happened in the past few months that I have been unable to discuss in detail. I hope to start adding more as I continue, but stay tuned for updates! Stay Safe.
